This advanced class explores symbolism, texture, and distortion of the human body or facial expression to communicate meaning. We will focus on more detailed work, anatomy, expression, composition, complex forms, and developing a personal style. This will build confidence in creative risk-taking and practice reflection through art. You will complete a final piece that tells a personal story.
This is a three day class that meets once a week for four hours each day. It is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays from 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm. All supplies, firing and glazing are included.
